A series of five workshops that teach you how to manage your time, organize, design workshops and create a yoga teacher training program approved by Yoga Alliance standards. This series of workshop is good for the yoga teacher or the person wishing to create an educational workshop or organzie and manage your time efficiently.

Every day you and your employees interact with customers, co-workers and supervisors. Each of these interactions is a potential source of stress. If that stress builds, it can cause long-term damage to the health and well-being of your team and can have a negative impact on the efficiency, productivity and success of your business. According to research by Northwestern National Life, one fourth of employees cite their jobs as the number one stressor in their lives. The St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company states that according to its research, problems at work are related to health complaints more than any other life stressor, including finances. According to the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, health care expenses are nearly 50% greater for workers who report high levels of stress.

Solutions for Stress
The focus of this training is on helping each participant understand stress, identify stressors, and learn to respond rather than react to stressors. Practice of specific stress reducing techniques will give participants methods to monitor and control their own stress and wellness. (Length of workshop is flexible)

Balancing Home and Work
How to keep your head at work and your heart at home by assessing and managing job stress and separating your work life from your personal life.

Workplace Yoga Programs
Will give you and your employees the tools needed to reduce stress and create solutions to modern-day challenges found in business and life. These exercises take only a few minutes, are highly effective and require no experience.

Yoga Basics
Six week, on-site, yoga session for beginners. Help your team build stronger bodies and effectively manage stress with practical, clear, step-by-step instruction personalized for your company’s environment. (1.25 hour class once a week for six weeks. Requires a room large enough to accommodate a six-foot yoga mat for each participant.)

Finding Inner Calmness
The mind body connection and its relationship to the Relaxation Response will be explained clearly. Participants will learn to practice relaxation for the body, meditation for quieting the mind and other methods for creating calmness. (One and a half hour program)

Quieting the Mind
This workshop will introduce participants to a variety of special techniques that quiet the mind including journaling, focusing techniques, dietary factors, visualization, relaxation and self-soothing talk. (One and a half hour program)

In House Staff Training
We are available to teach your training staff how to present effective stress management workshops for your employees.
