Personal Growth Workshops

I love sharing personal growth workshops. Each workshop experience will give you something of value you can keep forever. My purpose in offering these is to share from what I have learned while providing fun, interesting and meaningful growth experiences for anyone drawn to this approach. I’ve designed my workshops to give you the opportunity to taylor and personalize the information and exercises to your own needs and lifestyle.

My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment in which we all continue to learn and grow in a supportive and healthy way. Time we invest in deepening our self-knowledge and processing our life experiences has long lasting value and enriches our lives and relationships.

 

 

Exploring Your Chakras Through Creative Journaling

Would you like to have a better understanding of your chakras? Chakras represent  different aspects of consciousness each with its own issues: security, your own roots and what grounds yoIMG_0313u; the need to belong and the world or your inner child; balancing personal power and relationships, love, compassion and tapping your own higher power.

Exploring your chakras with written and visual journaling can be a fun, creative and revealing experience. You will gain many new insights and discover your own inner guidance for making positive changes in these different areas of consciousness.

Through guided awareness, written and visual journal exercises, affirmations and imagery you will become more familiar with each of yourself at a deeper level as we use the chakras for self-exploration, healing and discovery.

We will explore two chakras each month. This will give you time to process and work with each one in a focused way.

Manipura Chakra (Solar Plexus/Personal Power)

Anahata Chakra (Heart/Love)

Saturday, August 6  1-4 pm:  

Vishuddha Chakra (Throat/Communication and Self-expression)

Ajna and Sahasrara (Third Eye and Crown/Spirituality and insight)

Stress Management Workshops

Solutions for Stress

The focus of this training is on helping each participant understand stress, identify stressors, and learn to respond rather than react to stressors. Practice of specific stress reducing techniques will give participants methods to monitor and control their own stress and wellness. (Length of workshop is flexible)

Quieting the Mind

This workshop will introduce participants to a variety of special techniques that quiet the mind including breathing and focusing techniques, visualization, relaxation and how to soothe a busy mind. (One and a half hour program)

Stress Management Certification

This fun workshop will teach you exercises and techniques to help you  avoid tension build up and the negative health and postural effects of prolonged sitting and gazing at your tablet, phone or computer.

Learn valuable skills for managing your personal and work life in a more calm and organized manner. Change can be effective and long lasting when it is based on a clear step by step plan supported by personal motivation and the guidance of a skilled professional.
