We are a full service yoga studio and the only Yoga Alliance recognized teacher training facility in the Las Vegas, Henderson, and southern Nevada area, providing a comprehensive 200 hour program.
    Stress Management Center of Nevada presents ~All About Yoga~ A Yoga Center for Body, Mind & Spirit Fitness. Our Yoga center offers a full range of Yoga classes, as well as Yoga Teacher Training and specialty workshops for teachers and students of yoga alike.
   We also have a fully stocked yoga store with yoga mats, yoga blankets, yoga wear (including the Life Is Good product line), yoga bolsters and blocks, yoga books, videos and other goodies to enhance your yoga practice.

Spring is here inspiring all of us to renew our dedication to improving our health and feeling good. Spring is a time of new growth and, in keeping with this theme, we will be offering work shops on such topics as Ayurveda, the yoga science of health, and the A, B and C Series Salutations, always exceptional in their rapid effects on strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. The staff at All About Yoga encourages all class participants to practice regularly at home in order to begin experiencing the great changes and improvements regular yoga practice will bring about. One month of regular practice will begin to show results both in body tone, strength and flexibility, and also in improved ability to reduce stressful responses. If you attend class once each week, make an effort to have home practices of 20 to 40 minutes on three other days of the week. If you attend class twice each week, practice at home on two alternate days. We look forward to seeing you. Thanks to all of you for your support!
