Kathleen Grace Santor, M.Ed., Ed.S., E-RYT 500

Kathleen is the director of the Stress Management Center of Nevada where she teaches yoga classes and trains 200 and 500 hour level yoga teachers. Her tireless dedication to the teacher training program has created a supportive environment for trainees to learn and grow on every level. Kathleen designs her yoga classes with the intention to educate her students, teaching them techniques they can take home, rather than simply leading them in practice. Kathleen’s own longtime practice of yoga shines through as she skillfully and compassionately guides her students and teacher trainees to reveal their own light within.
Nita Andrieu, RYT 500

A Yoga Alliance RYT 500, Certified Relax and Renew® Instructor, and Certified Children's Yoga Instructor, Nita is comfortable teaching first time as well as advanced students. Her classes are grounded in the fundamentals of Iyengar-style yoga combined with Vinyasa flow. Influenced by her studies with Judith Lasater, Seane Corn, Rod Stryker and Kathleen Grace Santor, she hopes to impart to all of her students the many wonderful things yoga can offer on and off the mat. A compassionate teacher known for creating an environment of community, fun and celebration where students are encouraged to honor where they are in their bodies and explore their mind, body and spirit.
Dorothy Guy, RYT 500, RPYT

Dorothy received her 200 hour and advanced 500 hour RYT at All About Yoga.  She specializes in working with Beginners, Yoga Dance, Hot Vinyasa Flow, Pre/Post Natal and Mom & Baby Yoga, completing Pre/Post Natal Certification with high honors.  Her passion is to introduce the practice and philosophies of Yoga with beginners, guiding them on a focused path of safety and alignment, watching them grow their practice with self-confidence, knowledge and joy as the magic of yoga begins to unfold for them.  Dorothy loves encouraging her students to continue their journey to the next level, deepening their "beginner" information with new breathing, meditation, relaxation and asana practices.  Her message is always to help the student find a new level of practice that not only best suits their body, but is also a place of comfort for mind and body.  Always continuing her education and studies, she believes her students are her greatest teachers.  Her love and involvement in Middle Eastern dance for several years, led her to create a unique experience called "Yoga Raqs (R)", an artistic, energetic, flowing blend of the postures of yoga and the mysterious beauty of Middle Eastern Dance.
Jennifer Pierotti, RYT 500, E-RYT 200

Jennifer completed her 500 RYT certification at YogaWorks in Los Angeles after first earning her 200 RYT certification at All About Yoga in Las Vegas.  During her time at YogaWorks, she mentored, assisted, and trained with Sonya Cottle in order to learn the Ashtanga Yoga system as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.  This apprenticeship, coupled with her 20 years of studying and performing both dance and gymnastics, has taught her the importance of balancing effort and ease while maintaining safe alignment in in all movement and postures. Jennifer believes that yoga is about having fun and letting go. Her joy and enthusiasm for the practice of yoga and its corresponding philosophy shine through in every class, private lesson, program, and workshop she offers.
Caren Strait, RYT 500

Caren enjoysteaching all levels of Hatha Yoga; her style is a unique mix of the Kripalu and Iyengar styles. Caren specializes in teaching those who have physical challenges in group and private settings. She has led instructor training and continuing education workshops for group fitness instructors, personal trainers, and now yoga teachers. She loves yoga, and feels it is constantly teaching her to be a better person and a more compassionate teacher.  Caren is a Registered Yoga Teacher (500), Certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Reiki Practitioner, Cancer Exercise Specialist, and LifeForce® Yoga Practitioner. Caren has been in the fitness business since 1987, and has taught yoga since 2003. She took special training in LifeForce® Yoga to Manage Your Mood with Kripalu Master Teacher Amy Weintraub, Adaptive Yoga for MS Training with Karen O’Donnell Clarke, and Cancer Exercise Specialist Training from the Cancer Exercise Training Institute.
Ryan Larsen, RYT 200

Ryan took his first yoga class while studying at a university in Central America in 1998. Yoga has been threaded through his life and travels ever since, culminating in deepening his yoga practice through certification at SMCN. His students find his presence very calming and encouraging. While he uses asana practice in teaching for strength-building, cardiovascular exercise, and improving balance, he also employs affirmations, breathing exercises, and meditation. He especially likes to encourage students to bridge the gap between yoga on the mat and yoga throughout the day—in the car, at work, and at home.
