Yoga 101 Schedule:

Mondays 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm with Lee Ann Maynard, RYT 500

Saturdays 9:30 am – 10:45 am with Nita Andrieu, E-RYT 500


Maybe you would like to take a refresher course to work on the fundamentals? The new 6 week Yoga 101 class is starting Monday, April 13th, at 6:00 pm and you have another chance to catch it on Saturday, April 18th at 9:30 am. This 6 week curriculum is designed with the new yoga student in mind, but is also a great way to jump start your practice. The class focuses on the fundamentals of alignment, breath work, and basic skills that build a foundation for a safe, strong and correct yoga practice. Teachers Nita Andrieu, E-RYT 500 and Lee Ann Maynard, RYT 500 would love to work with you at any level.
