All About Yoga is part of the Stress Management Center of Nevada which grew from a long time dream of its director, Kathleen Grace Santor. SMCN is the original, private facility bringing counseling, Yoga and other mind/body disciplines together in Southern Nevada.

Kathleen Grace Santor, M.Ed., Ed.S., RYT 500 became interested in Yoga as a student at the University of Florida, and after several years began her yoga teaching career there. After graduating with advanced degrees in Counselor Education, Kathleen moved to Nevada.

In 1985 she met and later married Jim Santor. Together they worked as counseling professionals. Kathleen kept her yoga practice and teaching constant over the years.

In 1995, Kathleen and her husband Jim founded SMCN with the idea of serving those desiring counseling services and a mind/body training center. Kathleen always desired to have a facility that would serve the community with “Body, Mind & Spirit Fitness™.” It was her desire to offer a variety of classes that would help clients manage stress and develop skills that when applied would enhance a person’s life.
